As an established provider of convenience and food services, Valora is offering you the opportunity to become self-employed. Using a tried-and-tested turnkey business model, we will help you open your own store. You can choose which of our first-class formats suits you best. Choose from avec, Press & Books or k kiosk (at highly frequented locations, such as train stations, airports or petrol stations).

Tasks that you will enjoy
- Managing one or more well-frequented Valora stores as an independent entrepreneur with full responsibility.
- Leading the staff, including scheduling, recruiting, and training employees.
- Inventory management (inventory taking, stock levels, orders).
- Proactively advising customers and building/maintaining customer relationships.
- Collaborating closely with suppliers and the responsible sales management.
- Continuously optimizing processes and service quality in the store.
- Ensuring a professional appearance of the store and implementing sales-promoting measures.
Requirements you bring
- Training as a retail specialist EFZ and/or relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or gastronomy.
- Interest in self-employment and managing one or more stores.
- Willingness to invest a lot of time, work, and perseverance, especially at the beginning.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action, team spirit, and organizational talent.
- Enjoyment in dealing with people as well as a pronounced customer and service orientation.
- At least 30,000 CHF (depending on the format) in equity capital for the establishment of a GmbH and for joining as an agency partner.
- Impeccable reputation.
- Swiss passport or a residence permit.
