You are a born host and offer your customers a special shopping experience - from the appealing presentation of goods to comprehensive advice and support. You are characterized by strong communication skills, are open and enjoy approaching people. You are creative, reliable and have a good eye for detail. You inspire and convince others with your passion for food and convenience. You are a role model for your team and lend a hand yourself. As a leader with a lot of sensitivity, you take care of your employees and support them in their development. Tasks and Requirements

Tasks that you will enjoy

  • Managing one or more well-frequented Valora stores as an independent entrepreneur with personal responsibility.
  • Leading personnel, including recruitment, scheduling, and training and development of employees.
  • Managing inventory (stocktaking, stock levels, orders).
  • Providing proactive customer advice and building/maintaining customer relationships.
  • Working closely with suppliers and the responsible sales management.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and operational regulations and requirements from service providers, such as the lottery and postal services.
  • Ensuring a professional store appearance and implementing sales-promoting measures.

Requirements you bring

  • Education in retail and/or relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or gastronomy.
  • Interest in self-employment and managing one or more stores.
  • Willingness to invest significant time, effort, and perseverance, especially in the initial phase.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and action, team spirit, and organizational talent.
  • Enjoy interacting with people and having a strong customer and service orientation.
  • Approximately 9000-9500 € in capital for starting a business and entering as an agency partner.
