Key tasks and responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements for compensation and benefits programs
- Creating analyses and reports to support management and decision-making processes
- Designing and continuously optimizing organizational structures and job descriptions
- Defining and standardizing positions, including alignment of frequency tables for new roles
- Monitoring personnel costs by reconciling planned and actual structures
- Managing the approval process for new positions and salary proposals
- Coordinating performance evaluations and defining key success factors
- Developing and optimizing compensation systems based on market analyses and company strategy
- Selecting and implementing appropriate compensation models considering geographic factors
- Adapting to new business strategies and evolving company structures
Key skills / requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- First experience in die field of Compensation & Benefits management or a similar HR function, preferably in the retail sector
- Knowledge of Swiss labor law as well as compensation and benefits structures; knowledge of German labor law/market is an advantage
- Very strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a structured and detail-oriented working style, as well as enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
