Key tasks and responsibilities

Translate business goals into a clear IT vision and transformation roadmap
Assess current IT landscape, models, and governance to identify gaps and improvements
Design future-state IT strategies aligned with business objectives
Build business cases, analyze costs, and support strategic decision-making
Promote IT best practices in sourcing, governance, and investment prioritization
Foster innovation, collaboration, and excellence within Group IT

Key skills / requirements

3-5 years of experience in IT strategy, business transformation, or consulting
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Ability to turn complex technical topics into clear business insights
Proactive, collaborative, and self-driven personality
Excellent English and good German language skills
