SAP SuccessFactors & Employee Central Payroll Consultant (w/m/d)

- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der HR‑ und Payroll‑Prozesse in einem dynamischen Retail‑Umfeld
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Payroll, IT sowie externen Partnern – von der Anforderung bis zur Umsetzung
- Begleitung von Change Requests, Releases sowie Hypercare‑ und Post‑Go‑Live‑Phasen und Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs
- Durchführung von Schulungen für End‑ und Key‑User sowie nachhaltiger Wissenstransfer
- Verantwortung für HR‑Schnittstellen, Reporting und Compliance‑Themen (inkl. SOX) sowie Qualitätssicherung und Fehlerbehebung
Voraussetzungen, die Du mitbringst
- Hands-on Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management und ECP
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts‑)Informatik, Business Analytics oder vergleichbar
- Zusatzqualifikationen in Analytics, Data Visualization oder Projektmanagement von Vorteil
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von HR‑IT‑Architekturen, Schnittstellen und End‑to‑End‑HR‑Prozessen
- Erfahrung in Hypercare‑ und Post‑Go‑Live‑Phasen sowie ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
