Manager Integration Services (f/m/d)
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and implement a forward-looking integration strategy aligned with our IT and business goals
- Shape the strategic direction of our integration landscape by defining roadmaps and modern cloud concepts
- Set standards: Define guidelines and architectures for our landscape, primarily based on SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP BDC, SAP CAR, and other integration platforms such as Cleo Integration Cloud, and ensure compliance – including SoX requirements
- Take on both functional and disciplinary leadership of a team of four employees and build a high-performing, agile unit
- Ensure smooth, secure, and high-performance operations while keeping quality, timelines, and budget in focus
- Coordinate projects and business initiatives with other departments, set priorities, and actively drive innovation
- Plan and manage your department’s budget, select external partners, and make well-founded investment decisions
Key skills / requirements
- A degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of solid experience in building, implementing, and operating integration environments – ideally in the context of SAP and Azure technologies, in a leadership role with strategic responsibility or in managing and developing teams
- Strong familiarity with SAP architectures and modules such as BTP, Integration Suite, and CAR, as well as agile methods, project and change management, and modern organizational approaches
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, bring in new ideas, and communicate clearly while demonstrating leadership and decisiveness
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
