- Kontinuierliche Optimierung von HR‑ und Payroll‑Prozessen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR‑Business‑Stakeholdern sowie Unterstützung von HR Operations & Payroll (inkl. Hypercare und Post‑Go‑Live‑Stabilisierung)
- Analyse und Umsetzung von Change Requests sowie Implementierung neuer Anforderungen
- Schulung von End‑ und Key‑Usern
- Definition, Weiterentwicklung und Monitoring von HR‑Schnittstellen (z. B. TimeTool, DWH, Valora PK, Safely) inklusive Fehlerbehebung
- Abstimmung mit internen IT‑Teams und externen Partnern
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung HR‑ und payrollrelevanter Reports
- Sicherstellung SOX‑konformer HR‑IT‑Prozesse sowie Unterstützung bei Audit‑Dokumentationen
Voraussetzungen, die Du mitbringst
- Fundierte, praxisnahe Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management und ECP
- Bachelor‑ oder Masterabschluss in Information Systems, Business Analytics oder einem verwandten Fach
- Zusätzliche Zertifikate in HR‑Analytics, Data Visualization oder Projektmanagement (z. B. SHRM, CIPD, PMP, Power BI) sind ein Plus
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von HR‑IT‑Architekturen, Schnittstellen und End‑to‑End‑HR‑Prozessen
- Erfahrung in Hypercare‑ und Post‑Go‑Live‑Umgebungen
- Stark ausgeprägte analytische, kommunikative und operative Fähigkeiten
